01 Équipe
One network. Evolving priorities.
Renault, Dacia and Alpine, across sales, service, parts and the workshop. Équipe keeps expanding with the business, now extending into LCV and trade customers.
Priorities and campaigns change through the year. The programme runs straight through them, so the audience, the habit and the history are all still there when the next objective arrives.
Équipe · campaigns
Renault Group · Équipe. Programme reporting across sales, aftersales and customer experience.
Silver · UK Employee Experience Awards 2026. Awarded for the Équipe programme.
What one programme now covers
Équipe · Renault Group
Two minutes inside a live manufacturer programme, filmed in the Renault Group network with the people who use it.
Équipe · Renault Group02 Mission Hub
One programme, scaling with the network.
Managers in the network enrol and maintain their own teams as new sites come on, so the programme grows without the programme team having to build it site by site.
The same structure that brings people in is the structure your programme team uses to reach them once they are there. As the network grows, so does the programme.

03 Supplier-funded activity
A different commercial model.
Programme activity can be funded by a supplier as well as by the manufacturer running the programme.
Castrol WINsdays, inside the Équipe programme.
A supplier-funded campaign, co-branded and run through Équipe into Renault aftersales. Partner funding sat inside a programme that was already there, aimed at the same people, without standing up anything separate.
For a manufacturer that means a supplier can put money behind a priority you already care about. For a supplier it means reaching the people who actually sell the product, through a programme they already use.
Three programmes, three different jobs. An established network with priorities that keep changing, a growing network with a programme growing alongside it, and partner funding aimed through a programme that was already running.
